Terms of Service

Last updated: August 12, 2026

Agreement

By accessing or using pickle.cx (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company.

The service

pickle provides an embeddable feedback widget, project inbox/triage tools, optional billing plans, and MCP/API access so you can collect and work with product feedback. Features and limits may change as we improve the product.

Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account you control. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials (including API keys and MCP tokens) secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or violate these Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of feedback and project content you collect or create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the rights and notices needed to collect feedback on sites where you install the widget.

Acceptable use

You may not use pickle to violate law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, scrape or attack systems, spam, or attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, or billing. You may not reverse engineer the Service except where prohibited by law from restricting that.

Plans & billing

Free and paid plans have different project and feedback limits. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Plan changes and cancellations are managed via the billing portal or as otherwise provided in the product.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (including Google for sign-in, Stripe for payments, and AI clients via MCP). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pickle and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim (or fifty U.S. dollars if you are on a free plan).

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise this page.
